with its content. No terms, conditions, or understanding are implied other than that which
is specified in this document. "You" and "yourself" in the following paragraphs refer to the individual who purchased this software. 1. This program is protected by US and international copyright laws. MiniSolve holds all copyrights, titles, ownership and interests to this software. All rights reserved. 2. You have a right to use this product in a design environment. You can only use it yourself. You can install it on as many computers as you use, but you cannot allow others to use it in a design environment, or distribute this product to another individual or entity for use in a design environment. 3. You have the right to distribute this product in compiled form only, and only as ocx, .exe,.or dll. You can distribute it freely in this way without royalty obligations to MiniSolve. You cannot assign licensing to another individual or entity. You agree to prevent others from acquiring the design-mode code for this software in all ways that you can. 4. You can distribute this software as a constituent control that you have developed, but you CANNOT distribute the licensed copy of this software to other developers, individuals, or entities without the express, written agreement, of MinSolve. 5. This software is sold "AS IS," with no waranties, or implied suitability for a particular application. This software is NOT represented to be without errors. Your sole right to damages is limited to replacement of the product, and only if damaged media is indicated. 6. You agree to HOLD HARMLESS MiniSolve and all of its employees for replacement cost, damages, legal fees, and all other costs you may incur as a result of using this software. You agree that MiniSolve is NOT responsible for any damages caused to your computer(s), applications, or data as a result of using this software.
